1. What kind of photography do you sell?
Fildes Photography sells original photography from a wide range of tastes. We offer a one of a kind collection of high quality photography printed with archival quality materials. Our photography is offered for print in four sizes to meet your decorating needs. Prints can be purchased framed or unframed. Our online shopping experience lets you purchase photography that is as unique as your decorating style.

In addition we offer our photography for commercial use. Low resolutions images for web and multimedia projects are available directly from the website. Due to the nature of our business, high resolution images are available only through rights management. High resolution versions of our images can be purchased by contacting service@fildesphotography.com.

2. Does the image on your site accurately represent the photography that is sent?
The accuracy and consistency of our products tends to be excellent. However, since we use a one of a kind print run for each order placed, the visual representation may be approximate.

3. Do framed items come with everything that is needed to hang them?
Yes. Everything you need to properly hang your frame is included with your purchase.

4. How should I clean my photograph's frame?
Gently wash with a mild soap and lukewarm water. Apply light pressure with a soft damp cloth, only in necessary. Use a soft, damp cloth, applying only light pressure. Be sure to prevent any moisture from seeping between the print, matting, and the frame.

5. Do you offer a printed catalog?
Yes. However, at this time printed catalogs are not available. An annual catalog will be made available at a later date. At this time, only quarterly promotional catalogs are available. Contact us at service@fildesphotography.com to request available catalogs.

6. How can I be notified about new catalogs?
At the lower left side of almost any page you can sign up for our e-news/catalog offering. Quarterly promotions and other notifications of special offers will be emailed and mailed to you as they become available. Your confirmation email will have information on how to provide us your mailing information. It's that easy!

7. How can I quickly find a product I want?
You can use the product search tool located at the upper left of almost any page. Product search is performed using complete product numbers only.

8. What if my selection has been discontinued or back-ordered?
Typically our offering is available without delay due to our one of a kind print process. However, we may choose to discontinue an item from time to time to control our catalog offering. In this case, we will send you a notification via email, and we will make some suggestions on comparable products that are available. We will not charge your credit card unless your item is available.

9. How can I tell if an item is in stock?
There is no need to worry about an item being in stock with our special one of a kind printing process. Every image is readily available for print the minute your order is placed. We offer a state of the art printing experience that enables us to fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately with the highest "one of a kind" quality available.

From time to time a frame style my become unavailable, however we carry a variety of frame styles from many frame groups, so a close match is readily available.
